He reached Assistant Store Director by 23 in high-volume retail, then spent four years as a General Manager at Love's Travel Stops — overseeing multiple simultaneous food concepts including pizza operations, carrying full P&L responsibility, and developing teams under the daily weight of a real operation. That operator-first experience is the foundation of how FFC works: pattern recognition across different business environments, translated into operating systems that hold under pressure — not just under ideal conditions.
